At just over 2,900 sq. ft. (main floor), The Retreat is spacious enough for formal gatherings, yet still intimate for life's quiet moments. Cooking and conversation flow together open kitchen area complete with 13' center island and pastry board. From the dinette, enjoy views of the sunken sunroom which is flooded with light from a two-story wall of windows. Enjoy views from every room – there’s even a romantic balcony in the master suite that overlooks the sunroom.

Finishing the optional lower level will provide enough space to create any bonus space you can imagine – maybe it's a playroom for the kids, or a putting green. In our model, we incorporated a media room, wet bar and game room for lively entertaining.  A fourth bedroom and exercise room round out the home's lower level design.
