Getting It Right from the Start

There shouldn’t be any surprises when it comes to building your new home. That’s why we always provide a complete list of our building specifications and a detailed breakout of costs. You’ll know EXACTLY what’s included…right from the start.

What’s included in a James Craig home? A better question might be, “what’s not included?” We’ve worked very hard to make our homes the best value possible and consider ourselves a “right-sized builder.” Not so small that we don’t have leverage with suppliers, but not so large that we lose personal relationships or the ability to build one-of-a-kind custom homes.

We give you the best possible pricing – we don’t mark-up site work costs and all of the selections you make for your home will be at builder cost.

As a general guideline, homes based off of our models range from $115 to $160 per square foot. Custom home square footage prices vary based on the desired design options and level of finish. These homes can range up to $195 per square foot.
